29 Units Listed, 27 units sold, with the highest sale peaking in April at $517,000!

The best statistic of all is that I was able to list 15% of the units sold, and I was involved in 11% of the overall sales in the community. This was accomplished while statistically getting my clients the highest list price to sales price ratios, and the lowest average days on market.

How the year went…

The first quarter of the year saw list prices sky rocket into the upper 480+/- range after sitting  in the low $399,900 range for several months. The remainder of the year had listing prices and sale prices softly land in the mid-400 range for a nicely finished 2-bedroom unit with a lower level rec-room, and a low 400 range value for those without the basement space.

Every single month had a recorded sale with May and August peaking at 8 sales each, and the remaining months averaging 2 sales each.

What have you done for me lately?

Over the past 3 months there have been 5 units listed and 4 sold. Average time to sell has exceeded 15 days and prices have remained relatively unchanged since last summer.

The Brownstones have been, and still are, one of the best purchases in Burlington Real Estate, and will be in demand this spring.
